By accessing and using Trading Hub Pro, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Trading Hub Pro provides trading tools, market analysis, and educational content. Our platform includes:
- Real-time market charts powered by TradingView
- Stock and options screening tools (Ticker Scanner, List Scanner, Gem Finder)
- Technical analysis indicators (CMF Monitor, Price Action PRO)
- Options analysis tools (Options Analyzer)
- Pre-Earnings Screener
- Trading Diary for tracking your trades
- Educational courses and video resources

IMPORTANT: Trading Hub Pro does NOT provide financial advice. All information and tools are for educational and informational purposes only.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- Trading stocks and options involves significant risk of loss
- You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions
- We are not responsible for any losses incurred through the use of our tools
- All trading decisions are your sole responsibility
4. User Account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Providing accurate and current information
- Being at least 18 years of age to use this service
5. Subscription Plans and Payments
Available Plans:
- Free: Access to Professional Chart, Market News, and Trading Academy
- Basic ($29/month): Adds Pre-Earnings Screener and Trading Diary
- Premium ($49/month): Full access to all tools including Gem Finder, Options Analyzer, CMF Monitor, and Ticker Scanner
Payment Terms:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe/PayPal
- Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
- No refunds for partial months after the 7-day period
6. Commission-Based Fees
Premium members may participate in our commission program:
- 10% commission on documented weekly trading gains
- Commission is calculated and invoiced weekly
- Participation is optional and can be opted out at any time
7. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to reverse engineer our tools or algorithms
- Redistribute our content, tools, or educational materials without permission
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, tools, and functionality are owned by Ring Ring Productions LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
TradingView charts are provided under license and subject to TradingView's terms of service.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL TRADING HUB PRO OR RING RING PRODUCTIONS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
10. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Market data and third-party integrations may experience delays or outages beyond our control.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
